RTO Stub ECT API
If you fill in the Container Status ID (CSI) field, the resulting event will use that ID. If you do not fill in the Container Status ID field, one will be
generated based on the equipment number. All other events with the same equipment number will have the same Container Status ID. If the CSI is filled in
with anything but a valid number, the generated ID will be used.
